Q:Is the service really free?
A:Yes, it is completely free.

Q:Do I need to register before I use the free
service?
A:Anyone can use the service. No need to register.

Q:What kind of files I can upload?
A:You can upload image files, audio/video files, Flash files. If you
would like us to support other kind of files, please
contact us.

Q:Can I hotlink the uploaded files?
A:Yes, we do allow the direct link to personal websites and
auctions.However, we would limit the direct links for very heavy traffic
commercial profit use.

Q:Are there any requirements for uploading
files, such as file type, size etc.?
A:File types we support are:
Image files, audio/video files or Flash files. The file suffixes we support
are:

Audio file(such as songs, music file): mp3，wma，ram，rm，asx，asf

Video file: wmv，asx，rm，asf，mpeg，mpg

Flash：swf
-
Text file: asx，m3u，txt

Image file: jpg，jpeg，gif
For audio/video/Flash file types, the file size must be smaller than 7MB;
For image file type, the file size must be smaller than 100KB.

Q:I have an image file I would like to
upload, but the file size is too big or the suffix is not supported, what can I
do?
A:If your image file size bigger than 100K, it usually means your image
dimention sizes(width, height) are too big or your image file resolution is too
big. In fact, image can be displayed very clearly and sharply in browsers
without high resolution. It means you could change decrease your image width
and height can greatly reduce the file size and of course with neglectable
difference. If your image file suffix is not jpg/jpeg/gif, you could change it
Here is how to do it with Microsoft Paint software:

Start Paint: start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint

After you opened Paint, use it to open your image file.(in your menu bar, File
-> Open)

If you only want to change file suffix(for example change suffix from bmp to
jpg). do File -> Save as ... then in dialog box change save type to JPEG.
After your save the file you will find the file size greatly reduced! The
quality of the image file almost doesn't change.

If your file suffix is already jpg type and you wish to reduce the file size.
Do Image -> Stretch/Skew. Here you could change the width and height. For
example, you could reduce the widht and height to 70% of its orginial size.
After you change the size then you save the file.

Q:When uploading audio/video files, why do I
need to provide information such as the performer, the music name, the keywords
etc.?
A:They are optional, but if you know please fill them out because it
would hel others search and then avoid duplicate upload.

Q:I uploaded a file but I lost the URL, what
can I do?
A:If it is audio/video file, you might be able to get it back by
searching it based on the optional information you provide during the
uploading( We will provide free search function very soon.). If it is image
file, you can simply upload it again.

Q:How long will my uploaded file be
available?
A:We would delete the files that haven't be accessed for the most recent
12 months. If during the most recent 12 months, a file was accessed, even once,
we would NOT delete it.We reserve the right to change 12 months to any other
time period without notice.

Q:Can I upload pornographic files?
A:Absolutely no. If we find it we would delete it immediately.
